Which first - Stick or Ice

Allen asked me: After a run, should I use The Stick first then ice, or ice first then stick?

Fellrnr: Good question! I would stick then ice. Massaging muscles that are chilled makes it much harder to feel what's going on. Also, muscles are more compliant when they are warm.
