Changes

The Hyper Speed is a wonderful balance of light weight and cushioning, making for a fast shoe. The cushioning is not as soft and plush as a Hoka by any means, but it's more than enough cushioning to provide the benefits to [[Running Economy]]. It may not provide enough cushioning for everyone, but I'd recommend trying it out. It's not a perfect shoe, but it's one of the best I've found so far.
