The earlier version of the SanDisk Clip Zip is the SanDisk Clip+, and while it's a fine player, the Zip is better and cheaper, though as prices for the Zip escalate the Clip+ is worth considering. There is a newer versionSanDisk introduced two players as replacement for the Clip Zip, the Clip Sportand Clip Jam, but sadly itneither supports Rockbox. If you's not such re after a good player. There is no Rockbox support and the base firmware does not even support playlists. The cheap, basic MP3 player does have a touchscreenwith expandable storage, but that's not enough to make it worthy of considerationthen they might be worth considering.
