An advanced, but cumbersome web site with lots of intrusive adverts unless you pay for the premium service. I found this site very awkward to use and I have moved away from it. The site does have some other uses however. Need to plan out a route? Need to know how far your ran? Need to check the accuracy of a race course? This is the site. As a training log? Not so much.

Ratings (out of 5)

  • Ease of use: 2 - Supports upload from various technologies, but the Polar upload required manual input of most of the data. It has a very clunky, counter-intuitive interface.
  • Reporting and analysis: 2 - Some reports, though many of them require premium membership
  • Social: 3 - There is some social networking built in, and some interaction with other sites.
  • Flexibility: 2 - There are some options for reporting, but not many. (More options may be available for premium users)
  • Data Capture: Supports Garmin, but very limited support for Polar. Not sure about Nike+. Other data can be manually input, but interface is combersome.
  • Summary: If you can accept the user interface, this may be a good option, but I hated using it.
