Which first - Stick or Ice

 Allen asked me: After a run, should I stick use [[The Stick]] first then [[Cryotherapy - Ice for Healing|ice]], or ice first then stick?
Fellrnr: Good question! I would stick then ice. Massaging muscles that are chilled makes it much harder to feel what's going on. Also, muscles are more compliant when they are warm.
