A good start to the year, other than injuring my back and ribs while karting. I'm starting to experiment with more interval training again, both [[Medium Intensity High Volume Intervals]] and [[High Intensity Interval Training]].

December was a good month of solid training. I've changed my running patter pattern to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, which gives me two sets of back to back days. This has proved harder than I expected, but I believe it is effective.
