"Everyone is different." This statement has implications for running, as each person may differ in their response to training, diet or other factors<ref name="ind"/>. The advice I give in this wiki, as well as much of the other advice, is somewhat generic and assumes that people are similar. However, you are an experiment of one, a unique individual and [[All models are wrong]]. It means that you may need to train, eat, [[Zeo Sleep Monitor|sleep]], race differently to others. What does this mean to you? Be prepared to experiment and to go against established advice.
