==February 2014==
In February I changed my training routine dramatically, going from 4 runs/week to running twice each day. This is an experiment, based on the idea that exercise improves muscle insulin sensitivity for a relatively short period. I've also been wondering if my longer runs are long enough to cause Insulin Resistance. In addition, I've also been striving to slow down my easy paced runs, while keeping up my [[Medium Intensity High Volume Intervals]] and [[High Intensity Interval Training]]. It’s too early to draw any conclusions.

A good start to the year, other than injuring my back and ribs while karting. I'm starting to experiment with more interval training again, both [[Medium Intensity High Volume Intervals]] and [[High Intensity Interval Training]].
