There is remarkably little scientific research available around exercise while on a [[Ketogenic Diet]]. For a long time, the only useful research was a single study by Phinney in 1983. While this is a fascinating study, it has few subjects, it has not been confirmed with other studies and the results of the study are somewhat ambiguous. A 2016 study on race walkers has provided more insight, and I've covered both studies in some detail.
